La Petite Provision is an elegant Belgian Single that reimagines the monastic table beer tradition through a vibrant, botanical lens. Despite its sessionable ABV, it offers a sophisticated sensory profile defined by the bright, citrusy lift of lemongrass and the peppery, anise-like herbal depth of Thai basil. These additions harmonize seamlessly with the expressive Belgian yeast, which provides a foundation of spicy clove and soft stone fruit. The use of traditional Pilsner malt provides a delicate, cracker-like backbone, ensuring the beer remains crisp and highly drinkable. It finishes exceptionally dry with a lingering floral bitterness and a refreshing, herbal snap.

Appearance. Pale yellow to light gold (3-4 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, billowy white head with characteristic lacing. Generally good clarity, though botanical additions may lend a faint, brilliant shimmer.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a complex blend of lemongrass and Thai basil providing citrusy and peppery-herbal notes. Beneath the herbs, Belgian yeast offers spicy phenols like black pepper and light fruity esters of pear and lemon. Low malt backdrop of cracker and light honey.
