Appearance. Deep straw to golden-orange (5-6 SRM); opaque with a uniform, luminous haze; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominated by tropical notes of pineapple and mango from El Dorado and sharp grapefruit citrus from Citra. Background of lightly bready, grainy malt; no caramel or toast. Clean fermentation with low stone fruit esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of Meyer lemon, tropical punch, and stone fruit. Malt is low, providing a simple grainy sweetness that balances the hop saturation.
