This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer showcases an expressive fusion of stone fruit and dark berries. An intense, refreshing wave of juicy peach and tangy apricot harmonizes beautifully with the deep, rustic jamminess of blackberry. Driven by a clean, lactic wild fermentation, the aroma offers an enticing bouquet of fresh fruit skins and subtle earthy funk. On the palate, a mouth-watering acidity sharpens the succulent fruit flavors, leading into a bone-dry, effervescent finish. It is a complex, beautifully balanced sour ale that celebrates the bright, dual nature of orchard and bramble fruits.

Appearance. Deep pinkish-purple to dusky ruby hue with a hazy, nearly opaque body. Renders a delicate, pale pink-tinted head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving a sparse ring of collar lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent, jammy aromas of ripe blackberry and fuzzy, sun-ripened peach and apricot. These fruit characters are backed by a clean, sharp lactic sourness and a light, rustic wild yeast funkiness, over a very low, doughy wheat malt note.

Taste. Vibrant initial impression of sharp, mouth-watering tartness. Lush flavors of blackberry and stone-fruit peach and apricot skins dominate, balanced by a clean lactic acidity. Malt presence is minimal, offering a soft, crackery wheat backdrop. Hop bitterness is virtually absent. Finishes very dry and crisp with lingering berry skin tannins and a tart, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, with a lively, high carbonation that creates a spritzy feel. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, accompanied by a very light, pleasant fruit skin astringency.
