This refreshing American Pale Ale captures the essence of a coastal escape with a profile defined by its Xtra Pale malt base and vibrant hop character. It radiates a bright, approachable energy, leading with a bouquet of floral notes and distinct stone fruit—the stoney goodness suggested by the brewer—reminiscent of fresh peaches and nectarines. The lean, grainy malt presence remains supportive rather than dominant, allowing the clean New World hop qualities to shine through. Perfectly balanced for sessionable beachside drinking, it offers a crisp, clean finish with a moderate, well-integrated bitterness that invites the next sip without overwhelming the palate.
Appearance. Brilliant pale golden color (approx. 5 SRM). Topped with a moderately large, frothy white head exhibiting good retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma dominated by floral aromatics and stone fruit notes such as apricot and peach. A faint, clean, grainy-sweet malt backbone supports the hop profile without adding caramel or toastiness. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
