This Petit Saison is a highly sessionable and refreshing table beer. Appearance. Pale gold to straw (3-4 SRM). Dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick Belgian lacing. Unfiltered with a slight haze and visible effervescence.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring zesty citrus esters of lemon and orange peel, alongside spicy black pepper phenols. Low earthy and floral hop notes. Subdued, grainy, cracker-like malt character.
Taste. Initial impression of crisp citrus and rustic grains. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, wheaty base. Moderate hop bitterness is accentuated by very high attenuation. Spicy yeast notes and a zesty palate lead into a bone-dry, refreshing finish with a clean aftertaste.
