This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer presents a sensory explosion modeled after a decadent fruit tart. An intense bouquet of Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries leads the profile, sharpened by the tropical tang of Kiwi and the zesty brightness of Tangerines. The wild fermentation provides a clean, lactic acidity that perfectly offsets a rich, confectionery sweetness. The addition of Marshmallow and Shortbread provides a buttery, biscuit-like depth, while Lactose creates a silky, lush mouthfeel. It is a harmonious blend of sharp fruit acidity and indulgent pastry notes, finishing with a lingering, jammy sweetness and a soft, sugary warmth.
Appearance. Opaque, deep ruby-purple with a dense, creamy, pink-tinted head; low to moderate head retention with significant lacing and a viscous, smoothie-like consistency.
