This high-gravity collaboration with Beer Zombies leads with a luscious, ripe banana sweetness, backed by layers of rich dark chocolate and creamy vanilla. The heavy-duty malt bill provides a foundation of roasted coffee and toasted nuts, while the significant eleven percent alcohol presence adds a deep, integrated warmth. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40 SRM). Pours with a large, persistent, and dense head of deep tan to light brown foam that leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a dominant ripe banana ester presence. This is layered over a strong roasted malt profile of dark chocolate and espresso. Subtle hints of vanilla and caramel sweetness are present, with a low resiny hop character and a noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth.

Taste. Initial impression is rich and sweet, featuring prominent flavors of bittersweet chocolate and caramelized banana. The malt character is deep, offering roasted coffee and burnt sugar notes. Hop bitterness is moderate but partially masked by the high residual sweetness and malt body. Low resiny hop flavor emerges mid-palate.
