Han sido muchos años de homebrewing, elaborando cerveza más por el placer de elaborarla que de beberla. Durante este tiempo hemos tenido la oportunidad de aprender, de disfrutar, de conocer auténticos apasionados por la cerveza, de experimentar y, también, de beber. El Homebrewing es a la cerveza lo que los garajes son a la música, es donde la gente hace lo que realmente le gusta sin preocuparse por el resultado comercial, es donde se arriesga y, sobre todo, donde se aprende. Han sido esos cerveceros del underground los que han hecho que nos apasione hacer cerveza. En estos años también hemos tenido la suerte de conocer grandes cerveceros que dedican su vida profesional a ello, que nos han abierto las puertas de sus fábricas, nos han enseñado lo que no cuentan los libros y algunos hasta nos han permitido elaborar con ellos. También son ellos quienes nos han animado a dar el siguiente paso.
