This refreshing American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience led by its tropical hop profile. High-intensity aromatics of mango, papaya, and citrus emerge from the triple threat of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Equanot dry-hopping. On the palate, Mosaic contributes deep berry and stone fruit notes, while Simcoe provides a grounding layer of pine and earthy resin. Equanot brightens the profile with distinct lime and melon highlights. A clean, neutral malt base offers just enough support to let the hop-forward character shine. It finishes crisp and dry with a lingering but pleasant bitterness, embodying a classic, highly drinkable craft character.

Appearance. Brilliantly clear, pale golden color (approx. 5 SRM). Topped by a moderately large, fluffy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle pine. Distinctive berry and stone fruit from Mosaic blend with Simcoe’s resinous evergreen notes. Equanot adds layers of lime zest and melon. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral foundation, while fermentation remains clean.

Taste. Initial hop impression is citrusy and tropical. Flavors of passionfruit and grapefruit dominate, supported by a moderate bitterness that remains smooth. The Simcoe hops offer a resinous, woody undertone, while Equanot provides a pithy citrus edge. Malt flavor is low and bready, yielding to a dry, clean finish with lingering hop resins.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation enhances the refreshing quality. No perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency.
