Ten Men Brewery

Gravity is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a tropical masterclass through its use of Nectaron and Citra hops. The pour is a glowing, opaque straw topped with a resilient white head. The aroma is a concentrated burst of sun-ripened pineapple, peach, and passionfruit driven by the Nectaron, while Cryo Citra provides sharp layers of grapefruit and mango. On the palate, the experience is plush and juicy, with a soft, rounded mouthfeel that carries the intense fruit flavors into a gentle, low-bitterness finish. A delicate bready malt backbone provides support without distracting from the lupulin-forward profile, resulting in a smooth, modern hop expression.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (SRM 4-6) with a characteristic opaque, glowing haze. Topped with a medium-high, rocky white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and stone fruit (peach) from the Nectaron. Layers of grapefruit and mango from the Citra and Cryo Citra additions follow. Background malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, dominated by tropical and citrus fruit. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. The malt is lightly bready and supportive, leading to a soft, off-dry finish that emphasizes juice-like character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starch sensations.
