This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant, tropical intensity driven by a massive double dry hop of Citra and Galaxy. The use of Verdant yeast amplifies the sensory experience, contributing deep stone fruit esters of apricot and peach that meld seamlessly with the hops' notes of passion fruit, citrus zest, and ripe pineapple. Its character is quintessentially juicy, prioritizing a saturated fruit expression over sharp bitterness. The malt profile remains supportive and bready, ensuring the focus stays on the complex interplay of New World hops and expressive fermentation, resulting in a lush, aromatic, and deeply immersive aromatic profile.
Appearance. Pale gold with a dense, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. A thick, rocky, white meringue-like head shows excellent retention and leaves significant lacing on the glass.
