Item Description: An unusual single variety, made using the Coat Jersey which originates from Coat, a beautfiul village near where we're based in Somerset. This is a naturally sparkling (pét nat), perfectly dry cider with a slightly bitter finish and soft fine bubbles making it ideal as an aperitif. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts, and then bottle fermented. Made only from handpicked, unsprayed Coat Jersey apples. Unpasteurised and unfiltered.
