This vibrant Hazy IPA serves as a focused celebration of the Idaho 7 hop, delivering a complex sensory profile that balances juicy fruitiness with classic resinous depth. The experience begins with an intense aromatic burst of candied pineapple, ripe mango, and stone fruit. On the palate, layers of peach rings, passion-fruit, and freshly cut melon unfold, supported by a subtle citrus zest and a distinct wave of resinous pine. A soft bitterness provides structure without harshness, while the grist creates a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. This expression captures the essence of the hop's versatility, blending tropical sweetness with a clean, lingering finish.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4–6 SRM). High, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing. Hazy and opaque with a characteristic shine.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, candied pineapple, and stone fruit. Background notes of low, bready malt with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor of ripe mango, passion-fruit, and melon, followed by peach rings and a citrus zest. A distinct resinous pine note provides depth. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low grainy malt flavor with an off-dry, smooth finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, pillowy, and soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth with no astringency or harshness.
