Spectral Haze presents an ethereal, opaque pour that invites exploration into its deep, tropical depths. This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by a lush, juicy profile of overripe mango, crushed pineapple, and bright citrus zest. At 6.5% ABV, it strikes a sophisticated balance between intensity and drinkability. The malt base provides a soft, bready cushion of flaked grains, allowing the bold New World hop character to lead the way without being overshadowed by bitterness. It finishes with a smooth, approachable softness and a lingering fruity essence, embodying a cloud-like texture that makes every sip feel both mysterious and remarkably refreshing.
Appearance. Straw to deep golden-orange with a profound, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. It is topped by a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominates the profile, bursting with tropical fruit notes of papaya and guava alongside bright citrus and soft stone fruit. Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft texture that lacks any raw starch or astringency. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to balance the weight of the beer. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle.
