This remarkable alcohol-free Straight Sour Beer pulls off a brilliant performance, delivering a vibrant sensory experience that defies its ultra-low gravity. A bright profile of racing lactic acidity steps forward instantly, beautifully intertwined with juicy citrus flavours of squeezed lemon and fresh grapefruit. Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow, ranging from clear to slightly hazy. Features a large, dense, white head with poor to moderate retention and lively, effervescent carbonation.
