This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, rose-tinted tribute to summer, evoking the nostalgia of raspberry lemonade. Dominated by juicy raspberry aromas, the sensory profile is sharpened by zesty lemon acidity that cuts through a soft, hazy body built from Extra Pale malt, Wheat, and Oat Malt. The addition of lactose provides a subtle, smoothing counterpoint to the sharp lactic tang. On the palate, crisp red fruit notes merge with citrus zest, leading to a clean, highly crushable finish.
