This vibrant Witbier reinterprets the Belgian classic through a botanical lens, layering the signature bready malt and spicy yeast character with foraged ingredients. A hazy, pale straw pour yields a bouquet of perfumy elderflower and zesty coriander, backed by a soft, grainy wheat sweetness. The palate is defined by the tart, green snap of gooseberries, which heightens the beer’s natural crispness and balances the subtle herbal spices.
