This Double IPA delivers a powerful sensory impact characterized by a mega hop intensity and a distinctive silky texture. The aromatic profile is dominated by vibrant grapefruit and tropical pineapple, layered over deep herbaceous notes and sticky pine resin. Despite its 8% ABV, the alcohol is smoothly integrated, providing a gentle warmth that supports a neutral malt backbone. This malt restraint allows the hop-forward character to remain the focus, leading into a sharp, dry finish. The experience concludes with a lasting, resinous hop linger and a firm bitterness that defines this bold, modern strong ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8–12 SRM) with good clarity and a moderate, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of zesty grapefruit, ripe pineapple, and fresh pine resin. Malt character is very low and neutral, providing a clean backdrop for the primary hop-derived citrus and tropical fruit esters.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of grapefruit and pineapple lead into a complex mid-palate of resin and herbs. High bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a minimal, soft malt presence. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a long-lasting, bitter, and hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic silky texture and moderate-high carbonation. Smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but lacks any harshness or solvent notes.
