Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow in color. Brilliant clarity. Crowned by a white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean and neutral fermentation profile. Subtle notes of grainy-sweet pilsner malt. Very light hop presence featuring delicate floral and faint citrus characteristics from the noble German hops. No diacetyl or DMS present.
