Evoking the crisp transition from late summer to early autumn, this American IPA balances bright, sunlit fruitiness with deeper, rustic tones. A vibrant surge of fresh citrus dominates the initial impression, quickly followed by complex layers of crisp red apple, forest berries, and a distinct herbal touch of green pepper. Underpinning this seasonal shift is a clean, resinous wave of autumnal pine and a light, supportive malt backbone. It finishes dry and assertively bitter, capturing the refreshing, brisk air of the solstice in a beautifully structured, hop-forward package.
Appearance. Luminous, deep golden to light amber color with excellent clarity. Pours with a dense, persistent off-white foam head that leaves intricate, web-like lacing down the glass.
Aroma. Pronounced aroma featuring a bright burst of citrus zest, layered with fresh red apple, wild berries, and a distinct herbal hint of green pepper. A strong piney, resinous undertone grounds the bouquet, supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence and a clean, neutral fermentation profile.
