Appearance. Deep gold color (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of blueberry, mango, and citrus zest, with a subtle piney resin. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop-forward presentation. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward with flavors of stone fruit, berries, and tropical punch. Low, neutral malt flavor provides a lean, grainy foundation. Bitterness is firm and assertive (approx. 60 IBU) but not harsh. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
