TeeDawn Modern Classic is a reimagined, non-alcoholic American Lager that offers an exceptionally clean and refreshing sensory experience. This third-generation take on the popular Danish 'Classic' pours with brilliant clarity and a pale golden hue, diverging slightly from traditional amber versions toward a crisper, more modern profile. The nose is delicate, featuring low-intensity aromas of sweet grain and a faint touch of floral hops. On the palate, it is remarkably well-balanced and light, delivering subtle grainy sweetness followed by a clean, dry finish. Cold-fermentation ensures a crisp, neutral character and a round mouthfeel that belies its non-alcoholic nature.

Appearance. Pale gold to medium yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity. Features a white, frothy head with moderate persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity malt aroma, primarily grainy and sweet. A very light floral hop character is optional but present. Clean fermentation profile with no perceptible yeast esters or phenols.

Taste. Neutral initial impression with a crisp, dry finish. Low grainy malt flavor provides a hint of sweetness that is balanced by a low bitterness. Hop flavor is moderately low with a faint herbal quality. Clean aftertaste with no lingering harshness.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a thin, refreshing texture. High carbonation provides a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Zero alcohol warmth.
