The foundation is a Robust Porter, where Chocolate and Black Malt provide a deep roasted core of dark cocoa and fresh-ground coffee. This is layered with the toasted nuttiness of Brown Malt and the lush, toffee-like depth of Crystal malt. The addition of oats creates a creamy, substantial weight on the palate, while conditioning with coffee and caramel adds an aromatic sweetness that softens the charred grain character. The result is a harmonious balance between a bold, roasted ale and a smooth, sweetened latte.
