TapRoom Beer Co. Moving Target is no exception – this recipe is a great representation of our favorite hop varieties and playful fermentation techniques. We find some dank fruit character, bursting with passionfruit and guava, and supported with clementine and stonefruit.

Round from hop saturation with balanced bitterness and clean malt character keeps refreshment in view.

After founding one of San Diego’s longest standing craft beer bars, Kevin and Kyle Conover looked to establish a world class, neighborhood brewery & restaurant in the heart of North Park.

Brewing operations led by former head brewer of Mikkeller, Daniel Cady. Cady brings years of experience brewing a wide range of styles as well as numerous awards under his barrel aging program.
