Mojo by Tapped Brew Co is a quintessential Ordinary Bitter designed for high drinkability at a sessionable 3.6% ABV. The sensory profile is anchored by a bready and biscuity malt base, providing a subtle canvas for the layered hop blend. Traditional English notes of earthy spice from Challenger and floral depth from Pilgrim are modernized by a bright, citrusy lift of grapefruit and lime from the Citra hops. It pours a clear pale amber with a delicate off-white head. The palate is defined by a firm but approachable bitterness that leads into a crisp, dry finish, making it an archetypal session ale.

Appearance. Pale amber to light copper (SRM 10). Brilliant clarity with a low, creamy off-white head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a bready and lightly toasted malt backbone with a hint of caramel. The hop character blends earthy and spicy notes with a restrained citrus zest. Low fruity esters suggestive of red apple. No diacetyl present.

Taste. Initial impression of clean, bready malt followed quickly by a medium-high bitterness. Hop flavors of earthy resin and spicy florals are complemented by a touch of tropical citrus.
