Appearance. Pale golden (5-6 SRM). Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing. Generally clear with a brilliant shimmer.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring dominant aromas of pineapple, lemon zest, and a touch of resinous pine from the Sultana Salvo hops. A low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background. Very low fruity esters are present, though mostly overshadowed by the hop-derived tropical notes.
Taste. The initial impression is of bright tropical fruit and citrus. Malt flavor is low, suggesting light bread and neutral grain. Hop flavor reflects the aroma with pineapple and pine resin. Bitterness is moderate but balanced, finishing clean and dry with a short, crisp aftertaste that avoids harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that adds a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth is perceived. The finish is smooth and light without any lingering astringency.
