This American Lager presents a unique twist through the use of Kveik yeast, offering a crisp yet slightly more expressive profile than traditional examples. On the nose, subtle grainy malt sweetness intertwines with a faint, clean floral hop note. The palate is defined by its remarkable drinkability, featuring a neutral malt base with a whisper of cracker-like flavor and a very low, refined bitterness. While remaining true to the style's refreshing nature, the fermentation provides a faint citrus-like brightness that complements the high carbonation.
