This Helles Bock captures the essence of a spring field with its vibrant dandelion-yellow hue and floral complexity. Appearance. Dandelion-yellow (6-7 SRM). Large, fluffy, persistent white head with excellent lacing. Brilliant clarity.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Clean, grainy-sweet malt character with a light doughy quality and hints of floral honey. The hop profile is distinctive, featuring spicy and herbal notes from Northern Brewer, complemented by the slight stone fruit and citrus whispers of Callista and Simcoe. Clean fermentation profile.
