This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, neon-hued exploration of tropical and citrus botanicals. High-intensity aromas of tangy Passion fruit and sharp, aromatic Yuzu lead the profile, underpinned by the floral and subtly earthy essence of Rapeseed Honey. The addition of Dragon fruit provides a striking magenta tint and a delicate, melon-like sweetness that rounds out the sharp acidity. The wild fermentation introduces a clean lactic tartness and moderate funk that intertwines seamlessly with the exotic fruit acids. High carbonation lifts the palate, emphasizing a crisp, bone-dry finish where the floral qualities of the honey and a refreshing citrus zest linger long after the sip.

Appearance. Striking deep pink to magenta hue (SRM 10-15 from fruit) with a slight haze. Pours with a moderate, pale pink-tinted head that shows moderate to low retention, common in acidic styles.
