Appearance. Opaque and dense with a nectar-like consistency; vibrant, saturated deep golden-orange hue. The head is thick and creamy with a slight tint, though it exhibits poor retention due to coconut milk oils and high fruit solids.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics led by fresh, pulpy mango and sharp, acidic passion fruit. Secondary notes of rich coconut cream, floral Acacia Honey, and sweet vanilla bean are prominent. The mid-palate is velvety and dessert-like, featuring prominent coconut and vanilla flavors. Bitterness is absent (0 IBU), replaced by a clean lactic tartness that balances the high residual extract. Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and highly viscous with a luxurious, creamy, smoothie-like texture. Carbonation is moderate to low, enhancing the weight on the palate. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but largely obscured by the dense fruit and coconut milk.
