Save Ya Breath! is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a complex tropical profile. The combination of Sabro and Sabro Incognito delivers a distinctive foundation of creamy coconut, cedar, and stone fruit, while the Ahhhroma! hops elevate the experience with intense notes of ripe pineapple, mango, and citrus grapefruit. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the massive hop charge without distracting from the juicy character. The sensory experience is defined by a lush, velvety texture and a fruit-forward finish that highlights the depth of New World hop biotransformation, making it an exceptionally smooth and aromatic ale.
Appearance. 3–5 SRM; straw to deep gold. Opaque and hazy with a characteristic luminous shine. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring toasted coconut and tropical stone fruit from Sabro, complemented by sharp pineapple and mango from Ahhhroma!. Background notes of neutral, grainy, and lightly bready malt; no caramel or toast present. Clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with coconut, pineapple, and tropical citrus. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low grainy malt flavor provides a neutral base. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste and no hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Devoid of astringency or harshness, providing a creamy mouthfeel without being viscous. Subtle alcohol warmth.
