This Double IPA presents a lush, modern hop profile driven by the combination of Simcoe, Mosaic, Strata, and Vic Secret Spectrum. The aroma is an intense bouquet of pine resin, ripe blueberries, and pungent passion fruit, layered over a soft, grainy malt foundation. The addition of oatmeal provides a smooth, substantial mouthfeel that carries flavors of pineapple and dank citrus across the palate. Despite its 7.5% strength, it maintains high drinkability with a firm bitterness that balances the silken texture, finishing dry with a lingering tropical essence and a clean, subtle alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (approx. 8 SRM). Notable haze from the oatmeal addition. Features a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring pine and grapefruit from the Simcoe, alongside Mosaic's signature berry and tropical notes. Strata and Vic Secret Spectrum contribute pungent passion fruit, pineapple, and a hint of dank herbal character. Low, neutral grainy malt support in the background.

Taste. Dominant hop flavors reflecting the aromatic profile: tropical fruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine. Firm, moderately high bitterness that remains clean and lacks harshness. Soft, supportive malt character with a light, oat-like graininess. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a long-lasting hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, silken texture derived from the oatmeal. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, restrained alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
