This Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory collision led by an expressive hop trio. Peacherine provides lush layers of ripe stone fruit and fuzzy peach, while Sabro Cryo introduces nuances of creamy coconut and tropical tangerine. Nelson Sauvin rounds out the profile with its signature crushed gooseberry and white wine elegance. The malt remains a clean, unobtrusive canvas of pale grains, allowing the intense bitterness and high hop saturation to dominate. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp for its strength, with a lingering resinous quality and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth that enhances its bold, modern character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper color with excellent clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring vivid stone fruit and peach notes, complemented by a unique creamy coconut and tropical fruit character. Background notes of crushed white grape and gooseberry are present, supported by a neutral, grainy malt profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and stone fruit flavors followed by a high but clean bitterness. Notable flavors of peach skin, white wine, and coconut lead into a very dry finish. The malt character is minimal and soft, serving only to support the hops. Aftertaste is long and hoppy with lingering resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Moderate to high carbonation. A soft, restrained alcohol warmth is present but remains well-integrated without any harshness.
