This elevated American Lager presents a vibrant fusion of traditional crispness and modern southern hemisphere flair. Featuring 100% New Zealand hops, the profile bursts with tropical notes of passionfruit and zesty lime, cutting through a delicate, crackery malt base. Despite its approachable 6% ABV, the beer remains remarkably light and refreshing, offering a clean fermentation profile that allows the distinctive gooseberry and white grape characteristics of the New Zealand hops to shine. It finishes exceptionally dry and effervescent, delivering a sophisticated, aromatic twist on a classic, thirst-quenching style that balances subtle grainy sweetness with a bright, fruity hop punch.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy, white head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Grainy, sweet malt notes are present but secondary to the dominant hop character of lime zest, passionfruit, and crushed gooseberry. The fermentation profile is very clean, lacking any notable esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry with a low grainy-sweet malt flavor. The palate is quickly overtaken by bright New Zealand hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Bitterness is medium-low, providing enough structure to balance the lean malt without being harsh. The finish is short and clean with a lingering, refreshing citrus zest aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that provides a sharp carbonic bite. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present due to the 6% ABV, finishing without any astringency.
