Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7, it radiates intense aromas of ripe pineapple and tart passionfruit, balanced by delicate notes of lemon and mixed berries. The grist, enhanced by oats and lactose, provides a velvety, opaque structure that carries a unique sweetness reminiscent of marshmallow and vanilla bean. While maintaining a soft bitterness, the palate is dominated by succulent stone fruit and citrus flavors, leading to a smooth, creamy finish. Appearance.Opaque, pale gold color (4–6 SRM) with a luminous, hazy glow. Pours with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick, webbed lacing on the glass.
Aroma.High intensity of tropical fruit; dominant notes of pineapple and passionfruit are complemented by citrusy lemon zest and a hint of blueberry. A background of bready, grainy malt is present, with a subtle, sweet marshmallow and vanilla bean character. No hop grassiness or harsh alcohol notes.
Taste.Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice. Intense hop flavors of pineapple, lemon, and berry are supported by a soft, bready malt backbone.
