This intense fruitiness is supported by a lean, neutral malt base, allowing the hops to shine with Caribbean brilliance. Appearance. Gold to light orange in color (7–9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves decorative lacing. Clarity is good, though a very faint, luminous haze is acceptable.

The malt flavor is low, providing minimal support with a crackery, clean character. The finish is dry, leading into a long-lasting aftertaste of citrus rind and tropical fruit. A light, clean alcohol flavor is present but well-integrated.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A noticeable but gentle alcohol warmth is present without any harsh astringency.
