This Hazy IPA delivers a lush, sensory-driven experience centered on a singular, massive dry-hop addition of Galaxy. It presents a saturated, juicy profile dominated by ripe peach and passionfruit, supported by the clean, underlying citrus bitterness of Centennial. The malt presence is soft and bready, providing a plush, pillowy canvas for the intense hop oils without introducing toast or caramel. The fermentation remains clean and supportive, allowing the tropical fruit esters to shine. It concludes with a smooth, off-dry finish and a lingering stone fruit essence, perfectly capturing the style's emphasis on hop flavor over aggressive bitterness.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. Features a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
