This Hazy IPA radiates with a dense, opaque glow, offering a saturated sensory experience born from a heavy-handed double dry hop. The aromatic profile is dominated by a complex melee of Superdelic and Nelson Sauvin, delivering punchy notes of pink candy, white wine grape, and crushed gooseberries. Citra BBC provides a deep citrus backbone of ripe mango and lime zest. On the palate, the soft, bready malt foundation supports a vibrant explosion of tropical fruit and red berry sweetness. This collaboration with Burnt Mill finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a smooth, plush mouthfeel that highlights the concentrated oils from the added hop kief.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) and strikingly opaque with a radiant glow. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Dominated by tropical passion fruit, gooseberry, and white wine notes from Nelson Sauvin, alongside sweet red berry and citrus candy from Superdelic. Citra provides a bright grapefruit and lime zest layer. Malt is low and bready; fermentation esters are clean and supportive.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring mango, lychee, and melon. Low to medium-low malt flavor suggesting floury wheat and fresh grain. Bitterness is restrained and smooth, balancing the fruit without harshness. The finish is off-dry and juicy, lingering with a complex tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol presence is a very light, well-integrated warmth. Free of astringency or hop burn.
