This Munich Helles presents a dazzlingly clear straw-gold hue topped by a voluminous, persistent white head. The aroma is defined by a sophisticated blend of seven German malts, offering a moderate grainy-sweetness layered with prominent herbal and spicy notes from a generous Tettnanger dry-hop. On the palate, a soft, rounded malt profile is balanced by a subtle, clean bitterness. The inclusion of rice ensures an exceptionally crisp, lean finish that elevates its refreshing quality. Despite being non-alcoholic, it maintains a classic European lager character, emphasizing a harmonious balance between floral hop aromatics and a clean, elegant malt backbone.
