This English Porter offers a modern craft interpretation, balancing traditional British malt depth with the vibrant aromatic profile of Pacific Northwest hops. A base of bready and biscuity malts delivers indulgent layers of milk chocolate, toffee, and roasted nuts. The inclusion of Chinook, Cascade, and Simcoe hops adds a distinctive layer of resinous pine and bright grapefruit zest, elevating the sensory experience beyond classic earthy notes. Smooth and medium-bodied, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance where the roasted bitterness is tempered by soft caramel sweetness, finishing with a clean, lingering chocolate note and a whisper of citrus.
