This refreshing Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer captures the essence of sun-drenched organics. Aromatically, it leads with the vibrant, spicy punch of fresh-pressed organic ginger, complemented by the bright, zesty lift of organic lemons. On the palate, it strikes a sophisticated balance—neither fully dry nor overtly sweet—offering a juicy mid-palate followed by a slow-building, warming ginger zing. The base remains light and clean, allowing the natural ingredients to shine without artificial interference. It concludes with a crisp, sparkling finish that highlights the interplay between citrus acidity and earthy spice, making for an exceptionally approachable and revitalizing sensory experience.

Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (SRM 2-3). Clear to slightly hazy due to the use of real fruit juice and ginger. Pours with a thin, white, fizzy head that dissipates quickly; minimal lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of fresh ginger, displaying both earthy and spicy notes. Clean, bright citrus aromas from the organic lemons provide a sharp, acidic counterpoint. Malt presence is very low, providing just a hint of grainy sweetness. No hop aroma or fermentation esters are present.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of snappy ginger spice followed immediately by the tart, refreshing juice of organic lemons.
