Ocean Falls is a vibrant American IPA that balances coastal freshness with a robust hop profile. The aroma is dominated by the classic citrus and floral notes of Centennial hops, interwoven with the deep tropical fruit and resinous pine characteristic of Idaho 7. These bold hops are anchored by a sturdy base of Signature Ale and Caramunich malts, providing a subtle biscuit and light caramel sweetness that balances the firm bitterness. This 6.5% ale delivers a clean, dryish finish, reflecting its namesake's power and clarity. It is a quintessential modern IPA where stone fruit and pine converge over a polished, golden-amber malt structure.
Appearance. Deep gold to light copper with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head that shows excellent persistence and leaves thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, pine, and floral notes from Centennial, complemented by complex mango, apricot, and resinous accents from Idaho 7. A low, clean maltiness provides a background of toasted bread and faint caramel.
