Sunday Road Brewing’s Apres Ski is a quintessential Weissbier that leans into the style’s tradition of balance and refreshment. Poured into a glass, it reveals a glowing, cloudy pale hue topped with a voluminous white head. The sensory experience is defined by a careful interplay of banana esters and spicy clove phenols, avoiding the cloying sweetness often found in lesser examples. High carbonation and a fluffy mouthfeel, driven by a high proportion of malted wheat and Pilsner malt, make it incredibly effervescent and light on the palate.
