Hit List is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the style's juicy allure through a double dry-hopped profile of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook. The appearance is a luminous, opaque gold, crowned by a persistent white foam. On the nose, intense aromas of ripened stone fruit and bright citrus zest lead the way, supported by a subtle, grounding kiss of pine. The grain bill, featuring 2-row, white wheat, malted oats, and flaked oats, creates a soft, pillowy foundation that carries the high hop intensity without harshness. Each sip delivers a lush, fruit-forward experience with a restrained bitterness and a smooth, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to light orange color (4-6 SRM). Opaque clarity with a characteristic hazy shine. Large, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by peach, apricot, and orange zest. A distinct but subtle resinous pine note is present in the background. Malt is low, presenting as clean, bready, and lightly grainy. Fermentation character is neutral to lightly fruity.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical and stone fruit flavors followed by bright citrus zest. Simcoe and Chinook provide a 'kiss' of resinous pine and grapefruit peel. Malt flavor is low to medium-low, offering a bready sweetness from the wheat and oats. Bitterness is moderate and well-masked by the body. Finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No harshness or hop astringency.
