This celebratory Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile driven by a massive hop bill of Mosaic, Sabro, Cascade, and Victoria. The aroma is a complex tapestry of tropical fruit, grapefruit, and stone fruit, uniquely accented by the creamy coconut and cedar-like nuances of Sabro. On the palate, the beer delivers a punchy hop saturation, where resinous pine and citrus zest meet a clean, neutral malt foundation. Despite its 8.4% ABV, the finish is remarkably dry and crisp, with a firm bitterness that lingers without harshness. The integration of high-strength alcohol provides a smooth warmth, enhancing this bold, aromatic anniversary tribute.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-12 SRM). Good clarity with a very slight haze from heavy dry-hopping. Maintains a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Prominent to intense hop aroma featuring notes of mango, papaya, and citrus. Distinctive coconut and tropical stone fruit characters are present. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and resin. High bitterness that is firm and assertive but lacks harshness. Very low, clean, supportive malt character allows the hop profile to dominate. Finish is dry to medium-dry with a long, hoppy, and bitter aftertaste. Low fruity esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength. No hop-derived astringency.
