Under the influence of its namesake anthem, Bajo Presion presents a vibrant Specialty IPA experience defined by a lean, punchy profile. The star of the show is an intense dry hop of Amarillo, which projects bold aromas of zest, orange peel, and apricot against a dark, restrained canvas. Despite its deep mahogany to black hue, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a low body and a bone-dry finish. Suburbier delivers a crisp, hop-forward balance where the bitterness is firm but clean, supported by subtle, debittered chocolate notes that never veer into heavy roast or char.

Appearance. Dark brown to black (30-40 SRM) with ruby highlights at the edges. Displays a moderate-sized, persistent light tan head with good lacing. Clarity is high, though it appears nearly opaque in the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus and stone fruit notes of orange, grapefruit, and apricot, courtesy of Amarillo hops. Low malt character presents as light chocolate and toasted bread. Fermentation is clean with very subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of tangerine and resin. Firm, medium-high bitterness that is smooth rather than harsh. Low malt flavor provides a foundation of light toast and unsweetened cocoa without ashy or burnt qualities. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering citrus and hop bitterness in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture that enhances drinkability. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth that is well-integrated and appropriate for its strength.
