Shake Your Booty is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a fruit smoothie through the addition of strawberries and peaches. This brew leans into the luscious, juicy character of its style, blending New World hop magic with a saturated fruit profile. The sensory experience is dominated by the jammy sweetness of strawberries and the succulent, fuzzy skin notes of ripe peaches, supported by a soft, bready malt base. While maintaining the core identity of a Hazy IPA, it emphasizes a dessert-like fruit intensity and a rounded profile that prioritizes expressive esters and tropical hop oils over traditional bitterness.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (SRM 4-6) with a characteristically opaque, hazy shine. It features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity aroma of fresh strawberries and stone fruit peaches. Secondary notes of tropical mango and citrus zest from the hops are present, layered over a neutral, grainy, and lightly bready malt background without any caramel or toast character.

Taste. The palate is dominated by high fruity hop and adjunct flavors, mirroring the strawberry and peach aromatics. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low and very smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and lush, with a lingering aftertaste of fruit purée and sweet citrus.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety, and almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a complete absence of hop or fruit-derived astringency.
