This vibrant Gose reimagines the classic style as a lush, fruit-forward experience. A bouquet of sun-ripened apricots and zesty oranges leads the charge, underscored by the sharp, aromatic warmth of fresh ginger. The addition of lactose creates a silky, Lassi-inspired texture that softens the bright lactic acidity. Beneath the fruit, a delicate pilsner and wheat malt base provides a doughy foundation, while a fine thread of sea salt enhances the fruit profile and ensures a mouthwatering, refreshing finish. It is a harmonious blend of spicy ginger heat, stone fruit sweetness, and the signature tart, saline snap of a traditional wheat ale.

Appearance. Deep yellow to pale orange (4–6 SRM). Unfiltered with a moderate, hazy appearance. Moderate white head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring prominent ripe apricot and fresh orange zest. Earthy and spicy ginger notes are distinct. Low doughy wheat malt and a clean, sharp lactic acidity. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is tart and fruity. Medium-high lactic sourness is balanced by sweet apricot and citrusy orange flavors. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. Lightly salty character enhances the fruit profile without being overtly saline. The ginger provides a spicy, refreshing tingle. Finish is crisp and off-dry with lingering stone fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a creamy, round texture from the lactose addition. High carbonation provides an effervescent, lively sting. Light alcohol warmth is present. Low astringency.
