This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Suburbier and Mystic Fog, showcases the vibrant, resinous, and tropical potential of Lúpulos Patagónicos. It pours a dense, glowing straw-gold with a characteristic persistent white head. The aroma is an explosion of ripe mango, stone fruit, and bright tangerine, supported by a soft, bready malt foundation. On the palate, the hop intensity is massive but smooth, delivering lush pineapple and citrus flavors without harsh bitterness. The 7% ABV is well-integrated, providing just a touch of warmth that elevates the fruit-forward profile. A velvety, medium-full body ensures a pillowy finish, making every sip a juicy, aromatic journey through the Patagonian hop fields.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a glowing orange hue; opaque and hazy with a brilliant shine. Features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical mango, pineapple, and stone fruit notes, accompanied by bright citrus zest. A clean, bready, and lightly grainy malt presence sits in the background, free of caramel or toast, supported by neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of passion fruit, citrus, and nectarine. Malt character is low and bready, serving as a soft platform for the hops. Bitterness is low to medium-low and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and pillowy, with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and velvety body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw starchiness.
