This German Pils offers a contemporary twist on the classic lager profile through generous additions of Hallertau Blanc hops. The sensory experience is lead by vibrant aromas of white grape and delicate floral notes, distinguishing it from more herbal traditional examples. A clean base of Pilsner malt provides a foundational grainy sweetness and flavors of fresh bread. While the entry is slightly sweet and malty, the palate quickly shifts toward a firm, crisp bitterness characteristic of the style. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, making it an exceptionally drinkable lager that balances modern hop aromatics with a disciplined, traditional structure.
Appearance. Pale straw to brilliant gold (2–4 SRM); excellent clarity; topped with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits long-lasting retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity with distinctive notes of white wine grapes, elderflower, and a touch of gooseberry. Low grainy-sweet malt character provides a background of cracker and dough. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters.
